Siena Cicarelli

Siena Cicarelli is a Research Fellow at the Center for Climate and Security (CCS) and a Program Director for the Nexus25 project. Prior to joining CCS, she covered international humanitarian law, Women, Peace, and Security (WPS), atrocity prevention and global partnerships as an analyst for the U.S. Department of Defense. She previously worked on transatlantic relations and human security issues for the Center for American Progress, Eurasia Group, and the National Democratic Institute. She earned a MSc in Political Science (Conflict Studies) at the London School of Economics and Political Science and a B.A. in International Relations from American University.
