Chiara Scissa

Chiara Scissa

Chiara Scissa is a researcher in the IAI's Energy, Climate and Resources Programme, where she investigates the nexus between climate change and migration and conducts research on environmental crimes, climate security and vulnerability. She is also a Research Fellow at the University of Bologna in EU Law and holds a PhD in Law cum laude from the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies. Chiara has worked as a consultant for EuroMed Rights, ICMPD, Ecorys Nederlands BV, and IOM, for which she has produced reports on migration and climate change.
